This combination was a last minute change for my third night of NOLAFW shows. I had planned each night's outfit in advance, but nothing was working. We all have those days sometimes.

I was browsing my sleeveless tops and had complete forgotten about this one from Merci Beaucoup! It's loose, it has laser cutouts, and fringe? Perfection! I paired this sweet blouse with my leather leggings to make it not seem overly girly. It's always about a balance of the swing & structure. 

Plus, fringe just makes you want to dance, and that's never a bad way to spend a night.
