With Just A Needle and Thread

Breakdown:
sweater- Old Navy [similar]
pants- LOFT [same]
blazer- Guess, thrifted
loafers- thrifted (the $5.99 mark on the soles is almost gone... sad)
necklace- c/o Piperfield's
glasses- vintage, Noelie Harmon
rings- thrifted or gifted

Have you ever woken up, stuck your hand outside the front door to check the temp, and determined that a light sweater and a jacket would be warm enough, but then as you go about your day you realize that it was just a falsity and you are, in fact, freezing? Yeah, I thought so. Moving on...

These teal pants have definitely paid for themselves at this point! I splurged for this trendy pair back in August and have regretted it not. Given that the rest of my outfit was either thrifted, gifted, or dirt cheap, I can stand to splurge on certain items sometimes.

My usual splurges are shoes and underpinnings. If my feet aren't happy, my day is thrown off. Blisters are zero fun, you know? And as far as underpinnings go, you know what I mean when I say that the wrong kind can, dare I say, ruffle your panties. Do tell, what do you splurge on?

PS: Yes, this necklace is a sewing kit! Thank you for noticing its awesomeness.
