When we were talking about what to do for this collaboration, Krystal suggested camo, but "cute camo." I thought the "cute" part was a given but in this area you never know! I love how she styled her camo pants from Zara with a deer sweater-- how punny! And to keep it classy, her polka dot flats and sparkly jewelry from Stella & Dot do just the trick! Besides, the girl mixes prints like a boss.
For this outfit, I went a little more figurative than literal. My 1940s war time dress, combined with a modern army jacket, paired with gladiator-style shoes and a coconut clutch kept the look feeling fun! [Sidenote: Have you ever tried to crack a coconut? It's a fight... get it? Military... fight? Just laugh, okay?]
On Krystal: Zara camo cargos (similar); Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac in gold; Forever 21 sweater and flats; Stella & Dot: Gilded Arrow Bangle; Ivory Julep Bangle; Green Foundation Bracelet; Morlay Flower Rings; Fiona Earrings; Fiona Bib Necklace ; Loft cateye sunglasses
On me: Time Warp Vintage 1940s dress, ASOS army jacket, All Saints shoes, shades- Target, rings- gifted and vintage, clutch- shop in Uvita, Costa Rica
[Look back to see when Krystal and I met at the Best of 225 event at Paris Parker and check her out on A Pinch of Lovely!]

YOU GIRLS LOOK VERY CUTE!
ReplyDeleteMeeting up with fellow bloggers is some of the most fun I derive out of blogging; unlike 'normal' friends, you can ask them to take vain photos of you without them rolling their eyes/ looking at you like you're insanely narcissistic. Which we are, but it's nice to have likeminded people around ;)
